Welcome to the amazing Villa Casa Collina - Castelfalfi in the most beautiful place in Italy: Tuscany! The Villa is fully renovated in 2020 - 2021 and received amazing 5* reviews from our guests. The Villa is fully private property with a 5.000m2 privately fenced garden, olive garden, amazing all around Tuscan views, a big private SALT WATER swimming pool (12 x 6 m), 5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, extra sleeping areas, 3 full equipped kitchens (1 chefs kitchen in the annex) with dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, ice cube machine, Kitchen aid appliances and a herb garden in the garden to use for food & drinks, 2 living rooms and in one livingroom a PlayStation 4, 2 dining rooms, a big gas, coal & wood BBQ / outside kitchen area with all the equipment to make sure you can prepare an amazing Fiorentina steak, a brand new big Pizza oven on the new outside terrace with the best views for dining, relax areas, lounge areas with lounge beds and great surroundings!
Since 2022 there is also an outside 6 persons infrared sauna on the property, perfect for an even more relaxing time! We are a full-service Villa so together with our team we will do anything to help you organize your perfect stay.
The Villa is just outside the Castelfalfi Resort & Golfclub (3 min drive) and close to Firenze, Volterra, San Gimignano, Lajatico, Livorno and Pisa airport is only a 45-min drive. We are a fullstaff, full-service Villa, so we can provide two Italian local ladies who can prepare breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner for the perfect private dining experience! We also offer massage treatments by Beatrice, our massage therapist, private yoga classes, 24 hour assistance during your stay to make restaurant bookings, organize hikes, yoga, massages, wine tastings, so absolutely everything you could and want during your stay.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Airconditioning, 2 living rooms with PlayStation 4 for the kids, 3 kitchens, 2 dining areas, a big private salt water swimming pool, outside dining areas, a new terrace with amazing views, seating & lounge areas, a big BBQ area, pizza oven, 6 person infrared sauna, lounge areas, olive trees & our own olive oil, lemon & lime trees, fruittrees, a big fenced garden, private driveway and amazing views all around! It's also possible to divide the Villa into two separate parts, so it is perfect for 2 families or groups too! If you wish, our Italian local chefs can prepare amazing breakfast, brunch, lunch and/or dinner. The ladies will prepare everything in the Chef's kitchen in the annex, make your table, tell you everything about the local organic food and stay to clean up! The absolute favorite experience among our previous guests. For more information please ask us and we will send you their menu's, prices and check their availability!
Free Wifi
You can use our free wifi as soon as you enter our property. We will have the password ready in the house manual so as soon as you arrive you will have internet.

Weddings are only possible in April/May/June or September with a minimum 5 night stay and maximum of 35 guests.

Garden, Pool & Sauna
There is an amazing private garden of 5.000 m2. It's totally private and fenced, so no worries for little ones getting away! Our private salt water pool is at the back of the villa with amazing views all around! We also have all the toys you would want and for the little ones we have safety poolbands to wear. And we have a brand new 6 person infrared outside sauna for total relaxation!

And don't forget to use the big Gas, cole & wood BBQ, the pizza oven, the sonos music system and Samsung boxes outside to listen to amazing music while relaxing.
Massage Service
If you would like to be treated to an amazing massage by Beatrice please let us know so we can book her and she will arrive at the Villa for a relaxing massage treatment and use the sauna before or after for total relaxation @ the villa!

OLIVE HARVEST
We have our own olive garden and the oil is amazing! Would you be interested in helping with the olive harvest and see how we make our Tuscan organic amazing olive oil in October let us know but make sure to taste the oil in the Villa, it's amazing!

A local expert will guide you in this new adventure with his dog trained for truffle hunting. You are not able to hunt for them but to have a great dining experience too!
